This website is operated by Jane & CO. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jane & CO. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Online store terms
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you are using this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and availability
We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible. However, colors, decorations, and presentation may vary slightly because our products are handmade.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders will only be confirmed after successful payment or confirmation of payment arrangement.

4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete customer information.
If we need to cancel your order after payment has been made, we will contact you and arrange a refund where applicable.

5. Delivery and pickup
We currently deliver within Dubai only.
Delivery is free for orders of AED 150 and above.
A delivery fee of AED 50 applies to orders below AED 150.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 2:00 PM, subject to availability.
Pickup from Wafi Mall is available approximately 2 hours after placing an order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information, customer unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Product handling and storage
Our desserts and baked goods are perishable. Customers are responsible for following any storage and serving instructions provided with the order. We are not responsible for product quality issues caused after delivery or pickup due to improper storage, transport, or handling.

7. Refunds and cancellations
Please review our Refund Policy for details regarding cancellations, replacements, credits, and refunds.

8. Accuracy of information
We are not responsible if information available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. We may update or modify site content at any time without obligation to update prior information.

9. Third-party services
Certain content, payment gateways, delivery services, or other services may be provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or performance of third-party providers.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, branding, product names, logos, photos, and designs, is the property of Jane & CO and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jane & CO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase or use of our products.
