At Jane & CO, we take pride in preparing fresh desserts and baked goods with care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not started yet. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@janeco-official.com or +971 56 286 2727.
Once preparation or delivery has started, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Refunds and replacements
Because our products are made fresh and are perishable, we do not accept returns. Refunds or replacements may be offered only in the following cases:

  • the wrong item was delivered
  • the item arrived significantly damaged
  • the item was missing from the order
  • there was a confirmed quality issue with the product

To review your request, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order and provide:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item and packaging
  • a short description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • a replacement
  • store credit
  • a partial refund
  • a full refund

3. No refunds in the following cases
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • change of mind after the order is prepared
  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • unsuccessful delivery due to customer unavailability
  • minor design or decoration differences in handmade products
  • improper storage or handling after delivery or pickup

4. Delivery issues
We deliver within Dubai only.
Delivery is free for orders of AED 150 or more.
A delivery fee of AED 50 applies to orders below AED 150.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 2:00 PM, subject to availability.
Pickup from Wafi Mall is available approximately 2 hours after placing the order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Pickup orders
Customers are responsible for collecting pickup orders on time. Once the order has been handed over, Jane & CO is not responsible for damage caused by transportation, storage, or handling by the customer.
